Awesome news!  After Romeo is going to be performing at an official SXSW showcase!! If you don’t know what South by South West (SXSW) is it’s a large music festival, along with  film and interactive media conferences that takes place every spring. SXSW is one of the largest music festivals in the USA includes a line-up of thousands of bands and artists, from well established to up and coming. Check out the video below with all the details of the event!

The event is going to be hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs & others! Unfortunately it looks like you’ll only be able to see the boys live if you are a credentialed SXSW ticket holder or press. You’ll most likely need to purchase a music badge to get in. But don’t worry! If you’re not able to attend, the event is going to be streamed over the internet. To view the event when it airs online be sure to register to attend the event at http://www.R2RLive.com. You’ll be able to follow news and updates about the event by registering by email and via the Twitter hashtag #R2RLIVE.

This is an event by Cinsay and the Recording artists guild, and if you are lucky enough to attend the event in person it’s taking place on March 16th, 2013 Gates open at 12:00 PM CST at the Brush Square Park venue in downtown Austin. Performances begin at 1:00 PM and end at around 8:00 PM. The lineup includes: The Tontons, Larry g(EE), Skylar Gre, Neo Geo, Kitten , Rudi Aliza, DJ Orator, Forever the Sickest Kids, Remington, Trevin Hunter and our boys After Romeo!

I could literally kick myself because I had actually been planning on going to SXSW way before I even knew After Romeo would be there and opted not to a few months ago so I’ll be online watching them rock it along with you guys :) .
